**Fall 2018 Financial Clearance**
Important Reminder to Clear any Outstanding Balance by
Sunday, July 1, 2018.

  •  If an account balance remains after July 1st, a “hold” will be entered on your student account, and you will not be able to enroll for the fall semester or receive a residence hall assignment.
  • If you have already enrolled and/or received a hall assignment and have a balance, a “hold” will be entered on your student account the first business day after July 1st.  Your classes will be changed to a “pre-registered” status, and your hall assignment will be removed (if applicable).
  • If the balance still remains at the close of business on Monday, July 30th, your classes will be dropped, and no classes will be reinstated after Thursday, August 23rd.

International Students Forms

The forms listed below must be completed and returned to Mr. Malik "Billy" DaJuste at  dajusteb@cookman.edu or faxed to (386) 481-2601.

These forms must be completed by all international students in order to have an I-20 for their acceptance at Bethune-Cookman University.

You are required to provide a notarized affidavit of financial support. The affidavit must be from the individual that will be providing the bank statement and the actual funding of your educational expenses while attending Bethune-Cookman University.
